Had a garage spring break and found my garage door stuck in the down position. Found AllPro via the Better Business Bureau website and decided to check them out as they had an A+ rating. Their website advertised 24-hour phone support and they were true to their word as I called at 1:24AM on a Saturday and they answered on the 2nd ring. They set up my appointment right then and there and gave me a reasonable appointment window. When it came time for the appointment, they not only showed up on time but finished the job before the end of the window, even calling ahead to let me know they were on the way. Installers were dressed professionally, were friendly and courteous. They finished the install in rapid time, showed me the door and safety sensors worked and cleaned up and left. Great service, would highly recommend using these guys.
