Absolutely outstanding service from AllPro!! Our 20-year-old Genie stopped working late on a Tuesday, I called AllPro at 5 pm that day, and Fuji and Matt were in Marble Falls on Thursday at 11 am. Not only were they prompt, they installed a new LiftMaster system that is much quieter, and can also be operated using your cell phone. We recommend Claudia and Fuji highly — if you have a garage door issue, give them a call !!

I came home from work and the garage door would not close. I was able to disconnect the opener and manually shut the door for the night. Called AllPro at 8pm, they answered and we scheduled service for the next morning. It turns out the center chain needed grease and the garage then opened and shut smoothly. The technician was very polite, inspected both garage doors and pointed out the obvious ware on 2 of the springs. Because they were already onsite, I got a great price and replaced both springs. The doors and openers are 21 years old and in good working condition with this tuneup. I will call AllPro again when needed and recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

They answered the phone on Sunday, showed up promptly on Monday for a price quote of $555 for new hardware. But when the crew evaluated my situation, they were able to fix the problem with labor only. They also gave me recommendations moving forward and data points on the type of garage door I have and generally how many cycles it takes before the hardware needs repair or replacement. It was a job well done, bravo All Pro.

I am very happy with the service and professionalism I received from AllPro Overhead Door. I needed a new garage door and Claudia was very helpful and patient with my many questions, she guided me through the selection process with courtesy and kindness. My door arrived earlier than expected, Fuji was very helpful and kind with all of the requested details of the installation. Fuji and Urvano arrived promptly at the scheduled time, provided an explanation of everything to expect and got busy removing the old door and installing the new garage door. The entire installation process took three hours and their workmanship was top notch. The quality of the garage door and hardware accessories is excellent. The door seals neatly to the frame and floor when closed, it also opens and closes very smoothly and quietly, much better than the old door. I am very satisfied with my new garage door and the entire team at AllPro Overhead Door, I highly recommend.
