Overhead door spring broke Friday evening. Saturday called several places who claimed to be open. Was hung up by one and left voicemails on others. Monday, starting at 8:10 AM recalled those from Saturday and again left voice mails. Called 2 others from local phone book and left voicemails. Finally caller All Pro and talked to a live lady. She took my info and gave me up front costs and set up appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Technician called and arrived 30 minutes later and replaced the spring. At promised time, professional and knowledgable,, for up front price. Would highly recommend to anyone.
