I contacted this company around 10 am yesterday, 11/06/2017 and they were able to fit me in. I’ve had issues dealing with garage door companies in the past that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I’ve been manually letting my garage door up and down because the companies I called could not/would not resolve my issue. Fast forward to yesterday, Refugio Gallo came in and was able to straighten out my door that was out of alignment very quickly and put the 2 door rollers back in place. He replaced a hinge, mounted my wall control, reprogrammed my wireless key entry pad outside the garage, replaced missing hinge screws and greased down all the hinges. I was able to purchase a new remote which he programmed. He also adjusted the door and made sure everything was working smoothly. His service was outstanding. I was so hesitant to contact another garage door company since my experience in the past was terrible. Refugio was professional and did a great job. He also answered any questions I had. Claudia scheduled my service and kept communication open letting me know he was on his way. If I ever need garage service again, I will call AllPro Overhead Door!
